(Carlsbad, CA) is a privately-held medical device company that was founded by Jackson Streeter, MD.  The Company is developing proprietary, noninvasive laser energy therapies that may revolutionize the clinical care and management of ischemic stroke, traumatic brain injury, global ischemia, and other conditions characterized by disturbances in cellular metabolic function.
